Pros
The people, the co-workers who build a relationship and help each other with safety,and sharing information about what is going on.
Cons
The management and supervisory doesn't seem to know how to coordinate what the goals are to what is actually going on on the floor. There are indications of slacking in quality and safety to meet their production numbers. Where it once was Zero safety incidents, and great quality standards, is now 5 (cars) in 10 (hours). Where once it was 6 welders, there are now 2 to 3.
