      Pros

      Great benefits, good pay for someone WANTING to work. Management does care. Opportunity for advancement if you actually come to work everyday and do your job

      Cons

      Bad attitudes of hourly workforce. This runs off new hires which leads to very high turn over. Which feeds bad attitudes.
