well the benefits are pretty good the life insurance is instant the work is good if you like to work

long hours extreme heat management that doesn't care about its employees a maintainable crew that won't fix equipment like cranes a company that after they have been told that the crane has no brakes the supervisor, the lead men,and safety men have looked at it and each one of them said "run it anyways" even the plant manager said" run it " the thing has no brakes it takes thirty feet to stop, and then they fire you when an accident happens. fix the equipment when it brakes and accidents won't happen
