Pros
Everyone was motivated and wanted to strive to do their best at the tasks at hand, which made everyone want to do better. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
Everything was run on a point system, if you had the flu and missed work and had a doctors note, your still going to get a point. after 12 points in a year your fired. Also you can not clock in early if you do then you will have points taken away, and if you clock out late to. Also if your department is falling behind in work be ready to put in fourteen hour days and work weekends.
