There are good people who are hard workers when they are happy. New plant manager is honest and seems to know what he is doing, but he's running two separate plants.

Production management communication and objectives are often unclear. The goal post is continuously moving. Overtime seems to never be planned out and it's a last minute decision so no one knows how to make plans. Problem solving is to throw everything at it at once and see if that fixes it.
