      Pros

      There are pockets of people at Trinity that genuinely care about the work being done and will go above and beyond to make sure that business gets done.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is out of touch and most of their senior leadership is cronies. Nonsensical decisions get made on a regular basis and it's up to the lower-level managers and individual contributors to somehow make it work.
