Pros

Decent office snacks, fancy swag

Cons

Toxic culture - progression & opportunities are not based on your ability but who likes you and if you’re part of the “selective” group Limited exposure - common to consulting firms but once you’ve done 1-2 similar type of projects, you become the SME and that is all you’ll ever do, despite expressing your interest in other projects Very hierarchical - it’s consulting, it’s corporate so that is to be expected but it is exceptionally bad at Trinity. A team member asked way in advance to take leave because of a family thing and was told you can but be expected to work, be flexible and preferably no, as we need you. However, the same project manager takes a day off the following next week with one day of notice because her friend got her last minute Beyoncé tickets and “Beyoncé is the queen”. Says a lot really. Basically, would advise against joining. If you’re an experienced hire, go elsewhere. If you’re a fresh grad, apply somewhere else. If you’re jobless and need to pay bills or you’re interning, go for it! Good luck.

Thanks for leaving this review - I wish you had more positive experiences to share, but nonetheless, appreciate you sharing it. In due time, there are many opportunities for exposure to project work, but within 1 year that can be limiting! In regards to the family leave - that's a bummer to hear it was handled that way. I'll share this with the HR team and it may be worth sending a reminder to everyone on the importance of WLB. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good projects, great infrastructure, great resources, strong focus on culture

Cons

Terrible staffing model, both for junior associates (2-3 projects) and for senior consultants (3-4 projects) and engagement managers (upto 6 projects). Rapid churn of senior leadership over the past 6 months. Terrible training and level setting for associates, leaving the consultants and senior consultants too heavily overworked, and engagement managers thread bare
