Toxic Leadership, Rampant Favoritism – Avoid the Technology Team in Bangalore - Associate Product Architect Trinity Life Sciences Employee Review

Pros

Company health Policy Some Team managers are empathetic and always help individuals in the teams to grow. Few teams have a good work Culture.

Cons

If you are considering joining the technology teams in the Bangalore office, think twice. The leadership here is extremely biased and driven by personal favoritism. Only a chosen few “favorites” are given opportunities, visibility, and career growth, while the rest are ignored or sidelined. The same is passed on to managers of teams who are mostly incompetent technically but would provide you negative feedback. All team members are over worked and complain yet no actions are taken. The culture is toxic — unclear goals, arbitrary decisions, and a working environment where speaking up or disagreeing with the leader can put your job at risk. Layoffs are frequent for those who don’t align with his personal circle. This so-called leader operates with a massive ego, makes decisions to suit his favourites , and openly disregards fair and transparent processes. There is no genuine meritocracy here — performance and talent mean very little unless you are part of his inner circle. If you value career stability, a healthy work culture, and unbiased leadership, avoid this place at all costs.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with our health policy and supportive team managers. We take feedback around leadership and performance seriously and are committed to fostering a fair, inclusive, and transparent environment for all employees - I wish you had a more positive experience in both areas. I hope this was already shared with our HR team before moving on from Trinity, but if not, I'll ensure this gets passed along to them. - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams, with a genuine openness to feedback and iteration. There’s meaningful opportunity to shape processes, frameworks, and go-to-market materials, so your work can have real impact. You get exposure to strategic initiatives and leadership conversations beyond your immediate role. The team is made up of thoughtful, capable colleagues who care about delivering high-quality work, and there’s a consistent focus on improving and refining outputs.

Cons

With continued growth, there is an opportunity to further mature and standardize processes to drive greater consistency and efficiency at scale. Enhancing clarity around frameworks and cross-functional alignment will further strengthen execution as priorities continue to evolve.

Pros

Good projects, great infrastructure, great resources, strong focus on culture

Cons

Terrible staffing model, both for junior associates (2-3 projects) and for senior consultants (3-4 projects) and engagement managers (upto 6 projects). Rapid churn of senior leadership over the past 6 months. Terrible training and level setting for associates, leaving the consultants and senior consultants too heavily overworked, and engagement managers thread bare
