Tyrant bosses. Finger pointing at its best. Too many chiefs that are not held accountable. Fear based management. Senior management dislike each other.

I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Terrible upper management. Lack of empathy for employees. Expect to get the same rates for a renovated 40 year old building as new builds were asking. No employee appreciation.
