Co-workers and most of the management are incredible. They offer decent salaries and great benefits. But most of all, you'll love your co-workers!

Cons

Ownership and some upper management. It's a big jarring when you encounter these folks because everyone else is primarily wonderful.

I honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Terrible upper management. Lack of empathy for employees. Expect to get the same rates for a renovated 40 year old building as new builds were asking. No employee appreciation.
