Pros

Lots of walking, which is nice

Cons

It is door to door, people hate you and your existence. Not for the faint of heart. toxically positive atmosphere that refuses to acknowledge fundamental issues with the model and instead focuses on making you into a robot to meet their bottom line of demos that can then convert. They will drop you like a pin if you're bad. Their investment in leadership is solely based on numbers. You can be the least inspiring person, but if you have good numbers you'll be a "leader" but the moment your numbers dip out of leadership, you're gone. It's an embarrassing cult like atmosphere that preys on people with no life experience or the naive. AVOID

Pros

Amazing people, culture, and team. Pay and benefits are just as great. 10/10 workforce with kind and fair coworkers and bosses. Get paid for talking to people if you're good with knocking on doors.

Cons

If you're an introvert, you're going to struggle with the 'meeting new people' aspect.

Creating a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and valued is something we work hard to achieve. It’s also great to know that you’ve had a positive experience with our pay, benefits, and leadership. We also appreciate your honest perspective about the role. Building relationships and meeting new people is a big part of the job, and we understand that it can be more challenging for some than others. Pros

There used to be more positive to working here but under the new CEO they have taken everything away from their long standing employees.

Cons

One of the biggest issues is pay. Employees who have been here for years who know the job inside and out are often making the same as (or less than) brand new hires who are just coming in with little to no experience. It’s frustrating and honestly pretty discouraging when your time, effort, and knowledge don’t seem to be valued. It also feels like the teams doing the bulk of the day-to-day work and making sure everything runs smoothly aren’t compensated fairly for the workload they carry. Raises and improvements to benefits are limited, even for those who consistently go above and beyond. At the same time, there’s a clear difference in how departments are treated. Sales teams are rewarded with trips, events, and strong financial incentives, while internal teams, who play a huge role in actually driving success for this company, don’t see the same level of recognition or pay. It creates a pretty big disconnect. What makes it harder is that the company promotes a very positive, upbeat culture, but that doesn’t always match the reality employees experience day to day. Over time, this discourages a lot of employees from wanting to remain here.
