Friendly but sloppily run company - Taxi Driver Trinity Transportation Employee Review

Taxi dept is extremely disorganized, no procedures in place to properly train new drivers. I had to figure things out as I went along. I had no idea what was expected of me. No feedback on how to improve and no follow through on promised training. You're instructed to contact dispatchers when you need help or have questions, they know nothing and are usually no help! Rules are not enforced. Drivers are expected to work 72 hours/week. This is your typical half-assed business.
