Pros
They offer the standard "cool office" perks. Snacks in the break room (very filling snacks as well), even including things like ramen noodle meals. A fridge stocked with every major soda, and some sparkling water. The people at my level at this company were great! The work was fairly easy, as they don't do phone support, only chat and email. Nerf guns ftw.
Cons
This company is very disorganized and chooses to insult their customer base instead of fixing the issues presented. They have disputes with the devs of the games they are producing all the time and it then lays on your shoulders to tell a customer that something won't be fixed. Or even worse, that they wasted their money. My team lead in particular was a nasty fellow. Any time you asked him a question, and he didn't understand what you were trying to say he would get ANGRY. His voice would raise, saturated with venom and cynicism. The knowledge base is horribly organized, and missing a lot of vital information. Training only lasted a week. Not nearly enough time to feel confident with your abilities before being shoved onto the floor to fill a seat. QA would nail me on things I did that followed the knowledge base because they weren't made aware that the wording changed, or that the policy changed.
