With regard to your feedback on reorganizations and the People Operations function, I understand your concerns. However, as is true of any maturing company, TripAdvisor’s organizational needs have evolved over time, and as a result, teams, including People Operations, have been restructured to better align with the business. Organizational changes such as these are typically prompted by business need and are necessary to support company growth.
