We take it very seriously when employees choose to leave TripAdvisor, and we want to understand why so that we can address the appropriate issues. We realize that sales can be a challenging department, and it is not for everyone. We are very appreciative of the hard work that our sales teams put in in every day. We also recognize that we have had challenges across some specific sales teams.
