I used to say pay, but that has slowly been taken away and is currently under review for yet another cut. So none.
Cons
Pay has dropped considerably in my time here. Company, and its management on ground, cares NOTHING about its workers or lately it seems its ability to be able to hold this contract. Manning is at an all time low, catching up to morale.
