Good pay, flexible schedule, convenient location.
Cons
Management don’t care about the care of there employees. Very personable. Don’t care for the well being of the guards, far as scheduling, them being stuck on post, not getting paid, having to use the restroom or eat. They don’t care if you sick. Your just a number to them. Make officers stand for 8-12 hours with no chairs. While the have chairs in there office.
