You’ll meet a lot of like minded people in your field but a lot of people go in blind to this position. Good “trauma” bonding
Cons
Awful management, they do not care at all about you. They will not reply to emails, calls anything! Forget about moving up in the company or any bonuses they promise. They will also tell you that you have the authority to stop if you feel unsafe, that isn’t true I was forced to do so many things that made me feel unsafe and even if I was hurt on the job I was forced to keep working. They like to prey on recent graduates and give them a promise of growth in the company and raises. That doesn’t exist! Stay far far away!!!
