There are no real pros to the job, and that's the honest truth. All the positive reviews you see are written by the managers who are trying to skew the perception of the company.
Cons
everything. please if you're reading this and a current college grad, don't do it. They lie and confuse you during the interview process to thing this is a good company, but once you start, they'll put you in life threatening situations for little pay. You can literally make more money working at the mall. I know you probably think I'm exaggerating and it won't happen to you, this is what I thought and this company nearly drove me crazy. Please consider all other options except Triumvirate. This is the least I can do for those coming up behind me, to tell the real true about this horrible company.
