Smart technicians and a small group of salesmen who truly demonstrate professionalism and quality. Great hr and training staff.
Cons
Employee morale is unbelievably low Small decisions are are micromanaged by the executive team (the COO is the most incompetent I have ever come across in my 20-year career) Narrow channel for upward mobility determined by politics (which I was in) Irresponsible culture Internal hiring keeps expertise, talent, and good judgment out. No ability to "follow through"
