Cons
They are on the low end of the compensation curve. The main opportunity to earn a lot is through extensive overtime (readily available). Management forces annual employee turnover. Senior management plays favorites quite openly. If you're not identified for advancement quickly, take your experience and move on. Non customer facing positions are not really valued.
