Getting from day 1 to committing code to master was a totally seamless on-boarding experience. I've been doing the most challenging work of my career, and I've had a solid path to contributing to architecture, design, as well as product strategy. My manager is awesome, and spends time working directly with me on developing my career and contribution to the team. I've also had significant opportunity to explore new tools and languages on the job which has been used directly in the product that we are building.
