      Pay and benefits, PTO is fantacstic

      Organization is completely unorganized. There is not any collaboration between departments. Management and employees are stuck in their ways and do not have any desire for improvement or modernization.

      Was able to work on an interesting mix of projects.

      Cons

      Was a pretty good place to work for 20 years. Regime change brought the Power Clique into top management. Be willing to play golf and try hard to be in the "Good Old Boys Club"
