      Casual Workplace Good Insurance and PTO Good Co-workers

      Cons

      No performance raises / cost of living increases. Yearly raises are based on a pie chart developed by finance. Can't get a bigger raise without robbing a co-worker raise. Few, if any opportunities to advance without being a part of the big boys club

      Was able to work on an interesting mix of projects.

      Cons

      Was a pretty good place to work for 20 years. Regime change brought the Power Clique into top management. Be willing to play golf and try hard to be in the "Good Old Boys Club"
