Pros

Working outside and No manager over your shoulder all day. Management does work with you when time off is planned and needed. The busy season offers extra overtime, while the slower season offers a bit of a break, Sometimes getting us on 4 day work weeks in the cooler months. Walking 8-10 miles per day is a steady workout without having to go to a gym. Working with customers to create a great lawn is very rewarding.

Cons

It is hot in the summer, it can be a struggle to power through some days.
