Cons
Low pay, micro managed, lack of communication throughout the company, customer service is a revolving door.It wouldn't be so bad if the customers had a clear understanding of what they are signing up for and not so misleading. The sales rep will tell a potential customer anything just to get a sale. We also do not have a direct numbers to customers local branch which really annoys the customers at times I feel like a guard guarding the branch and managers from the customers because we are not allowed to send the customers to any manager nut tell them they will receive a call back I'm 48 business hours which they don't and we "customers service" have to take that call. Also training is a joke we had a binder given to us to read page by page with only 2 wks if training.
