Pros
Nothing really. Working outside when it's beautiful. Free exercise. Layoff
Cons
All's I can say is run. Run as fast as you can away from this company. This is the most stressful job I have ever worked I worked here for many years. They only care about one thing and that is revenue and you are their goal. I would recommend being lazy at this company. The slower you are the less will give you. Daily goals are 1700 to 1300 for each individual averaging 30 to 35 stops a day and you better pray to goodness nobody calls in. Or they split up the route. To the closest technicians giving you 12 more stops on average . They don't believe in sick days. You'll find yourself working 6 days a week throughout the entire year because all the people that quit and call in. This place is a revolving door there is no opportunity in this company. You'll be overworked. I heard with the new merger they took $2.40 away an hour from the scouts employees so if they're willing to take away their pay. What does say about this company and what they would do to the customers to cut costs just save money. That's a reflection of their company Let's not forget this is a billion dollar company . The weather you working in hot days and when it's pouring down rain we look pretty stupid treating in or on windy days have fun tasting that. It doesn't matter what the forecast is it your treating in it. Please take this review seriously this is a place you do not want to work for. I wish I would of read the reviews. before coming to this to this company if you want a life beside a job this job is not for you.
