Easy work your basically on your own to do what you want your outside knocking on doors all day 6 days aweek

Cons

Long hours 6 days aweek outside rain or shine going door to door at least 4 hours a night cold calling

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
