Pros

It was close to my home

Cons

EVERYTHING.. I just took this position until a REAL CAREER came through - If you are a TRUE Sales Professional: IE: Account Executive / Account Manager you will comprehend what I am referring to. This position is really set up for individuals who are not educated and are willing to be 'abused'. The pay the company offers is not a livable income, $500 / week and they advise you it is a salaried position - the reason - Company and Management expect you to work OVER 45 hours a week - this is how the Company gets away with not paying over time - again - Shysters Their commission structure should not be considered anything but a little bonus - You also have to be very wary of the individuals they 'team' you up with when in training, if you make a sale the manager you are with will take the sale or at least the 'larger' part of the sale and check it off as if he had made the deal. When you confront them in regards to their 'steeling' they will ignore you - didn't work with me. Walking door to door harassing home owners is not sales - Management and company takes advantage of its employees - they should be ashamed of their 'tactics' - it took all of my energy to bite my tongue when I was resigning - although, the Managers in Norcross, GA were trying to 'intimidate' me - I have Lupus and RA - advised them that the 'walking' was too hard on my body asked if I could go into a different position - instead their TACTICS were intimidation - For me - I just opted to leave - for what they paid and having and having BULLIES as managers was a waste of my time.. IT was aprox 3 weeks of my life that I will never get back - If they were smart - they would have utilized my Background, Education and Experience - they were oblivious to see what they had in front of them - I was too good to work for a company like this - the unfortunate truth is this is a company that has high turnover - they hire people they can take advantage of - And ironically - they are still emailing me and calling me to work back in the same office - NO THANKS!

Pros

- Very very easy to move up in the company. If you dedicate a couple years and show skill in sales you can move up to a sales manager position extremely fast. If you are willing to move the opportunity to move up is even significantly easier and faster. - Almost all of management started at the bottom and worked their way up, if possible they always hire from within. - Good money, get out what you put in. - Direct Management is great, local and even regional management is almost even fantastic, but any higher then that becomes out of touch and very frustrating to (albeit indirectly) work with.

Cons

- Inconsistent at times about expectations, at times asking for one thing then immediately needing the other. Can be frustrated to be pulled in so many directions, but not even remotely unmanageable. - Lot's of hours, especially in management. Prime time? (March-End of May) Say goodbye to your personal life! Mandatory 1/2 day Saturdays, definitely a grind but worth it. - Frustrating policies and illogical outlook on what success looks like.
