Pros
You can really grow a career fast within the company. You will learn a lot about a corporate model, how to run a business, work with all types of management styles, and have the opportunity to grow in different directions. Overall, a good place to start a career.
Cons
Too many changes that don't benefit the associates or customers. Everything has become so centralized and messy in the past couple of years. Hours are very long, pressure is very high, associate turnover is through the roof. Sales and production goals are unattainable, and the associates and customers suffer as a result. Upper management overhauls each year, and new drastic changes are implimented. The company culture is poor, and associates don't trust the company to do right by them. Branch level management is constantly involved with regional HR to help put out fires and deal with the affects changes have on associates, whether it's pay related, goal related, lay-off related, etc. It becomes very difficult to work under these various conditions.
