Pros
Decent pay and flexible work schedule. I was working at Trugreen as a part-time customer service representative while I was also a full-time college student. They understood and worked with me, but at times it felt like they were trying to pressure me focusing more on work than school.
Cons
My job duties were very simple, but they were often complicated by constantly changing or contradicting demands from management. Also, while lawn technicians were supplied with handheld tablets to keep track of work, the workers in the office were using outdated computers and computer software. We often ran into issues because of this, and upgrades were few and far in between since management seemed to care so little about its office workers. They are also dangerously understaffed.
