none, company cares more about their bottom line and less about their workforce. no work life balance

Leadership is two-faced, talks behind your back and thinks employees don't know. Most of upper management have been with the company several years, this usually is a good sign, for TruGreen it indicates lack of ability to change with the times. They are stuck in old ways and do not take suggestions for improvement. If you don't agree with processes you may as well look for another position. You may want to google our boss, amazingly ther is a huge lack of respect and once you hear the "gossip" you understand why. Don't be fooled, they don't care about their employees.
