Pros
There is a real since of ownership and responsibility. The income is great and the positions are relatively the same year over year. Opportunity to grow within the company is a possibility if you are a performer. Great benefits as well. If you put in the work and show leadership ability the possibilities are unlimited. The senior mngmt have all been in the entry level roles and worked their way up. Its nice to be coached by people who know what you do for a living. Great TEAM environment! A lot of good changes over the last couple years. Good job up top!
Cons
You have to be willing to put in the time. Not that it's a con. Realize that most great paying jobs require more work. Big pay checks come from hard work. No con's from me!
