Pros
Now as a stand alone company the culture is improving. They have a fairly good commission rate and you are paid weekly. If you keep hitting your weekly sales goals, they do not micro manage you.
Cons
Seasonal which brings in too many untrained uncaring sales people. Customer retention is controlled too much by the lawn techs and service managers. If you have a good tech, the customers are happy.. A bad tech can ruin your sales and the service manager is no help.
