Pros
Personally I didn't see any Pros ther than the supervisors ability to sell over the phone (not close the sale, just sell), conduct role plays, and occasionally crack good jokes.
Cons
The meet and greet (orientation) was the best part of being an employee here. Each day of the 5 day training was long, boring and jam packed with useless complicated, and confusing information, only to be told later to keep it simple once we got on the phones. lol. Each day of training was like this and than we were thrown on the phones. During my first interview (1 of 3) I specifically asked the manager if their would be any cold calling involved in this job and he said no. I spent a week on the phone cold calling at least 200 random numbers a day all of them going straight to voicemail. Terrible experience. There's nothing exciting to me about sitting down for 8 hours a day calling numbers that are either disconnected or ring 15 times before going to voicemail.
