Great, flexible hours, quick to learn, consistent work scheduling
Cons
Lack of policy training upkeep, retaliation from supervisors to CSRs, employees are coached weekly but no supervisor in the customer service field are ever on the same page, so when asking a question about an account, each supervisor provides a different answer completely opposite of corporate rule which ends up in customer dissatisfaction. Lack of follow up, problems are temporarily resolved, attendance doesn't apply to managers, but CSRs get occurrences for emergency reasons such as health problems (with a doctor's note to prove unhealthy)
