Pros
The interview process was fast and efficient I understood what I was getting into when I took the job Video training was probably the best part of the training process
Cons
My in-person training was 95% my trainer trying to force me into joining his religious cult and 5% phone calls from the office because I faked heat stroke to get out of having to be anywhere near my trainer Management is excellent at belittling their employees I've been accused of faking illness after having explained to my manager that I have an auto-immune disorder (during my training as well as during the interview process) - someone within the office got the flu and I ended up catching the same thing shortly after and which caused me to become unable to work, 2 days later I was back in the office and basically ridiculed in front of the entire sales team for needing a sick day while multiple members of the team were even saying I shouldn't be allowed to work with how sick I was (no insurance or benefits until you hit 90 days of employment so I was not going to pay the bare minimum of $800 for a doctor to tell me there's nothing they can do but wait for the illness to run it's course)
