Fairly simple process and easy training. When sold properly, the service and products do produce results

Frequently requests more work time for no additional pay, requests to willfully mislead customers to get sales. No ethical backbone in sales or sales management. Witnessed multiple circumstances of improperly handling customer information and watched as the sales manager did nothing to rectify the malpractice taking place. Even experienced the requests to under size lawns for lower pricing and incomplete care provided to customers by management. I was also very frequently forced into neighborhoods and communities that disallowed solicitation and was frequently harrassed and kicked out to only be told by management to return to the same location.
