Pros

I've worked there for about 3 yrs now and make a good living. I'm the 2nd place truck salesman in the branch and the 3rd place production man in the branch. They set your production goals based on how many guys are at work that day due to who called in and who is on vacation. The number is essentially to get Saturday off. It's very easy to do if you aren't lazy. You get bonuses weekly and monthly. 7% for anything over your pro. goal and 15% for any sales you make. You work by your self all day. You work outside and get great exercise. Management at my branch is great, understanding and give you the authority to run your route how you want as long as you aren't taking a ton of cancels. I'd recommend the job to anyone.

Cons

Saturdays. If everyone hits their goal. We don't work Saturday. It rarely happens. The guys that don't should be the one that comes in. Not the guys that did. Half time for overtime not time and a half. But you are a salaried employee. So if you don't hit 40 hours you still get 40 hours.
