Pros

Nice amenities - free gym, parking, nice looking campus Some great managers New managers receive training Ability to work in multiple areas.

Cons

Women and minorities tend to be treated like outsiders by middle/upper management. Additionally, they tend to receive poor treatment from white male millennials. White males tend to advance at a faster pace even if they are less qualified Poor performing staff is kept at the expense of other employees.

High turnover on the DigComms team Annual/quarterly onsite requirement Management oversteps boundaries and gets way too familiar Forced "family" environment and performance reviews take a hit if you don't overly engage outside of work-related conversation
