Pros

Great benefits, change driven company (in Madison), niche industry. There are a lot of good people there.

Cons

Extreme bias against people who work from home from the Waverly office. Bad place for millennials due to age bias. Company silos between Madison and Waverly office. Change occurring at very top of organization much faster than anyone at the bottom can keep track of. Talent getting spun off into other business units that could be sold. Company leaning heavily on consultants to the point of a loss of proprietary knowledge and corporate governance. Also sold out to SaaS software and trying to resell as SaaS. Will probably lose credit union identity moving to cloud and be systematically replaced by larger business deal.

High turnover on the DigComms team Annual/quarterly onsite requirement Management oversteps boundaries and gets way too familiar Forced "family" environment and performance reviews take a hit if you don't overly engage outside of work-related conversation
