I’m pleased to read that you feel a connection to our mission. We're proud to be a company that stands true to its values- one of those values being inclusion. I would like to know more about your concerns, however, particularly re. being a tough place to work for people over 45. We do not tolerate workplace discrimination of any kind. Our Equal Employment Opportunities and Speak Up/No Retaliation corporate policies guarantee both your rights to raise a concern and that you will be supported to do so. I highly encourage you to speak with your manager first and if that is inappropriate in this circumstance, use the HR4U service or confidentially call the Speak Freely line (search our intranet for information). In addition, you are able to reach out to me directly. Thank you, Linda Nedelcoff, SVP, HR
