Pros

Very good benefits; many different areas of business to apply your skills or learn new ones.

Cons

Too much Compliance killing sales and entrepreneurial spirit; huge disconnect between the top management of the company and “the trenches”. Too many mid-level managers. Bureaucracy rivals that of a government agency.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree with you completely: our people are our most valuable – and valued – asset. We’re working to create an environment where every employee feels empowered to share ideas, and perhaps more importantly, every leader is willing to listen. I’m curious to hear more about your concerns and I would welcome a conversation. Please do reach out to me directly for a confidential discussion about this. Linda Nedelcoff, SVP, HR

Pros

Flexible time off (encouraged to take) Profit sharing bonus Annual raise

Cons

High turnover on the DigComms team Annual/quarterly onsite requirement Management oversteps boundaries and gets way too familiar Forced "family" environment and performance reviews take a hit if you don't overly engage outside of work-related conversation
