8yThanks for your feedback. It’s clear your experience working with us was more negative than positive, and I’m sorry for that. The last few years have been a period of significant – and frequent – change here and I know that can sometimes be hard on people. But change is a necessary part of a forward-looking company. Our organization has been a market leader for generations, and to remain strong for generations to come, we must continually evolve and improve.
Even in times of change, there are some vital constants. For us, that includes our commitment to our employees. It concerns me greatly that you mention harassment and a violation of our own policies and while I understand you no longer work for us, I would welcome the opportunity to better understand your concerns.
