It’s always exciting for me to hear about our agile journey. I appreciate hearing specifically how it is improving your experience and the results for the organization. The approach of agile and the mindset is designed to create more empowerment and decision-making capabilities. These in turn, should reduce bureaucracy. I recognize it will take some time as we continue to learn into these changes. I also appreciate your comments on the technology. Please know, we are addressing this. We continue to invest in our business, and have done so for several years now, to ensure our future success.
