Could not have imagined a worse experience. It is no surprise this company is no longer rated amongst the top companies to work for in Madison.
Cons
- cut throat environment - constant turnover - poor & unethical management - lack of transparency - values are not practiced - extremely political - poor culture (large portion of employees are unhappy) - outdated tools and technology. Asked to do more with less. - inability to attract and retain millennial workers.
