Pros

Promote work-life balance, tuition reimbursement, volunteer opportunities, and ERGs. Lots of genuinely nice people across all areas of the company. Pretty landscape and access to restaurants on this side of town.

Cons

At times, felt like too much focus was put on the life part. Lots of talk on Agile, but dissent and lack of understanding in how it can effectively impact processes in most departments. No accountability at immediate and organizational level, which has lead to cuts/criticisms. Many, many reorganizations.
