Pros

Friendly co-workers. Agile methodologies. Pleasant atmosphere.

Cons

Management and the union need to work better together for modern workers (e.g. working remote and updated job descriptions for agile). Training budgets were cut due to mismanagement. No longer investing in people.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I’m pleased to read that you feel you work in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly co-workers. However, I’m disappointed to hear that you feel employees are not being invested in. While it’s true our organization has gone through a period of significant change the past few years, there are some vital constants and that includes our commitment to our employees. I assure you, we are 100% committed to building the best employee experience—and that includes training. However, feedback like yours is valuable and needed as we build to an optimal experience. I want every employee to feel that they can succeed here. I highly encourage you to speak with your manager about your concerns, and if you’re not comfortable doing so, please consider contacting HR4U or our anonymous Speak Freely line (you can find these on the intranet). Thank you, again, for sharing. --Linda Nedelcoff, EVP, Chief Human Resources and Strategy Officer
