Pros

Most benefits and pay are competitive, except time off which is well below standard.

Cons

Frequent reorgs with mass firings. No rhyme or reason to who is kept and who is let go. "Strategic" objectives change just as frequently. Top senior leadership seems to just be winging it. Random nonsense gets dressed up and heavily laden with vapid buzzwords. After a few years, it gets very old wondering if you are next on the chopping block. It feels like the company has just been growing via momentum the last few years due to their size in the credit union industry.

High turnover on the DigComms team Annual/quarterly onsite requirement Management oversteps boundaries and gets way too familiar Forced "family" environment and performance reviews take a hit if you don't overly engage outside of work-related conversation
