Pros

Flexibility. If you’re on good terms with management and lay low, you won’t have any issues. It’s a pretty easy job if you’re dealing with your own personal issues (I have depression & anxiety) and you need a place to get in and out without putting out too much emotional energy. There are so many employees, sometimes you can even get by barely speaking to anyone. If you’re in a good state of mind and you’re a good server, you can make good money working nights. It’s easy to sell because food and drinks are amazing.

Cons

Parking, Traffic, Rude Customers, Bad tippers, Secret Shoppers, Expensive uniform. Required to work Saturday and Sunday, no exceptions. Longer shifts. It was hard to get out of there at night if you’re an honest person that does everything required.
